Spa & Treatment Information

The Post Ranch Spa features five newly designed treatment spaces. Three rooms, including one for individuals and two for couples, offer floor-to-ceiling views of coastal redwoods and granite mountain peaks, with one couples room adding a private indoor soaking tub and shower for a fully immersive experience. The dedicated facial room is bathed in natural light and offers a curated menu of restorative facial and skincare treatments. For those seeking the most immersive experience the spa has to offer, the Redwood Sanctuary is a private wellness suite for two with its own distinct menu of couples treatments.

All offerings are subject to change. Due to the intimate nature of our spa and consistently high demand, advance reservations are essential. To ensure your preferred appointment day and time, we strongly encourage you to book your spa reservations well in advance of your arrival, ideally when booking your stay. Spa treatment times are considered requests until confirmed by Post Ranch Reservations prior to your stay. We are unable to guarantee last-minute availability.

Please keep in mind that arriving late may require the Spa to shorten the length of the treatment so as not to inconvenience other guests and a full charge will apply.

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your spa service, please call at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled treatment time to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost. Same-day reservations may not be canceled unless the same time is scheduled with another guest. Missed appointments with no notification are subject to 100% of the treatment cost.

We recommend wearing the robe from your guestroom or comfortable clothing to the Spa. Robes are also available at the Spa. During all treatments, you will be appropriately draped. Please note that masks are optional during all treatments for both guests and spa therapists.

For your relaxation, we ask that you conclude all calls and turn your phone to silent prior to entering the space where your treatment will be conducted.
